Weddings & Engagements
As a photography duo, we are able to capture your day from multiple angles, ensuring we never miss a moment.
We seamlessly blend posed and candid photographs, allowing us to deliver not just the posed family photos, but also genuine moments of you both, the wedding party, and your guests.
All photos will be professionally edited and delivered digitally within 28 days, via a website gallery that allows you and your chosen loved ones to view and download high-quality .jpegs.
You can even order prints, directly from the gallery.
What to expect with us
Backup equipment
Each of us will carry two cameras, and each camera has two memory cards.
Every photo we take is saved to both cards automatically. We also carry spare cards, just in case one fails on the day.
As soon as we get home, the photos are backed up onto our file server, which uses a RAID array to duplicate the photos across two hard drives instantly.
Finally, the photos are backed up to Google Drive automatically overnight.
Contracts and insurance
Every one of our clients will sign our contract. This contract protects you, in case we are unable to photograph your wedding for any reason. It also grants you the legal right to use the photos we take.
We are fully insured for public liability (limit £5m).
Our process
Once you've inquired with us, we will set up a meeting, either face to face, or over Zoom. This will let us get to know each other, and better understand what you're looking for in your wedding photographers.
If you decide we're the ones for you, we'll get you to sign the contract and pay a 20% deposit.
Next, we'll email you summarising our understanding of the plan for the day, and sharing our family photo shot list generator, which will help you plan your group photos.
We'll next check in about 4-6 weeks before your wedding, asking if any plans have changed. The balance of our fee will be due at the 4 week mark - although we are happy to do monthly installments if that makes your budgeting easier.
Throughout this time, we'll be just an email away if you have any questions or concerns about anything. We pride ourselves on responding within the hour, instead of leaving you on read.
During your group photos, we'll use our tried and tested method of running through them as efficiently as possible - we know from experience this is like herding cats, so we make it as painless as possible!
After your wedding, we'll share some sneak peek photos within 48 hours. The full gallery will be available within 4 weeks - although it's typically less than 2. We'll email you when both are published.

Extras
A two-to-three-minute highlight video (set to music) can be added to any package for an additional £100.
We can provide a personalised USB stick and storage box with a backup of your photos for £45.
We can provide a printed photobook of your favourite photos - please speak to us about this as the cost will vary depending on the number of photos.
Answers to Frequently-Asked Questions
- A 20% deposit is all that's required to secure your booking, with the remainder due 4 weeks before your wedding day. We can also arrange monthly installments if that makes budgeting easier!
- Normal travel expenses are included in these prices.
- We're happy to share a full gallery with you, so you can be absolutely sure of what you'll get from us.
- We've based the package descriptions on a typical UK wedding's timings and activities. If your plans don't quite match these, please get in touch and we can figure out a bespoke package.
